Ron Visser is a hydrocarbon storage and handling consultant providing advice to the mining, transport/logistics and maritime support industries as well as retail fuel outlets (service stations).

Ron's working career of 45+years has centered on the hydrocarbon support and supply industry working for service companies and oil companies both in Canada and Australia.

Ron's experience is supported by accreditation from the WA – Department of Mines & Petroleum - Resource Safety Division. He is accredited to assess and endorse Dangerous Goods Storage and Handling proposals for compliance and licensing and routinely inspects and provides risk assessments for hydrocarbon storage facilities for compliance with Australian Standards, WA Regulations and Industry Best Practice.

Ron has worked for big name companies such as Ampol Australia Ltd and BP Australia and since 2009 consulted as RAV DG Services.
